In 2000, Heather got married to the love of her life, Scott Norby, an investment banker. He is also serving at Goldman Sachs. As a married couple, the couple invited two lovely children. They are still together and there is no sign of divorced or dispute between this lovely couple.
Heather joined Pine Manor College afterward she attended Mount Vernon College for Women from where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She also holds her Master's Degree in Journalism from Columbia University.
Heather at the beginning of her journalism career reported for the Syndicated Weekly business program as a reporter in 1996. Two years later in 1998, she joined Fox News Channel. She worked as a contributor till 2001 and then she worked as a correspondent for the next four years. In 2005, she joined ABC News and served there as a general assignment correspondent. She worked as the correspondent for the show, Good Morning America and was nominated for News & Documentary Emmy Awards.
