Born in West Virginia, USA, in the 1970s, Mark Bowe graduated from the West Virginia University in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. While in college, Bowe worked as a coal miner and mine safety, a technician for money and later earned his MA degree in Safety Management at WVU’s College of Business.
