NCIS: New Orleans star Scott Bakula has been shocked by the franchise's success. Bakula is surprised 'NCIS: New Orleans' And The Franchise is still going. He says the unique display is "the Energizer Bunny," and presentation no signal of forestalling. He starts as unique Agent Dwayne Satisfaction at the New Orleans derivation. 

NCIS: New Orleans is the youngest of the franchise of a show but Scott believes should have ended years ago. The series has an average rating and there is nothing special about the show. He doesn't understand how the show is still running, and thinks who says they understand are lying.

There doesn't seem to be any sense of why the franchise is so popular.
