Swedish Ice Hockey Player Henrik Lundqvist's Married Relationship With Wife Therese Andersson, How's Their Relationship?

If you enjoy hockey and are the supporters of the New York Rangers of the NHL, you certainly know Henrik Lundqvist. Prior to joining the Rangers back in 2005, Henrik played for the Frolunda HC in Swedish Elitserie. Known for his athleticism, strong positional play, and his butterfly style, Henrik was the key player in Sweden's 2014 Olympic medal in men's hockey.

Defined as a perfectionist on the field, his success is also prominent in his love life. Married to his longtime girlfriend Therese Anderson since 2011, the pair is still strongly committed to each other. Henrik and Therese have two daughters together.

Henrik and Therese dated for a long time before they decided to exchange the wedding vows. The duo dated for 12 years before walking down the aisle in August 2011. Their wedding details haven't been published, however, several sources claim of a private ceremony. 

Over the span of their seven years of marriage, Henrik and Therese had two children, both daughters. Their first daughter Charlise Lundqvist was born on July 10, 2012, and their second child Juli Lundqvist was born on March 20, 2015.

The family of four resides in New York. Over the course of their marriage, there hasn't been any news on their split or divorce proceedings. Moreover, there isn't also any news on the pair extra-marital affairs or past dating life.

After years of their marriage, they seem so caring for each other; one might mistake them as a newlywed couple. Their social media pages pretty well reflect their beautiful relationship. 

While the duo seems romantically committed, their association isn't only limited to personal life. Henrik and Therese co-own a non-profit organization, Henrik Lundqvist Foundation.

In 2014, Henrik and his wife together founded the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation, a nonprofit organization which focuses on health and education for underprivileged families.
