In 2014, Rollins proposed to Leighla to be her fiancee. Their Instagram page had loads of pictures from their good time, traveling, and celebrating New Year's Eve together. The same year, in 2014, they made the big decision.

Rollins and Zahra continued to date after the photo leak, but only for another year. They split in September 2018. As reported by Pro Wrestling Sheet, the duo was in a live-in relationship and Zahra moved out of Rollin's apartment amid their split.
Within a few months of their breakup, Rollins jumped into another affair with a girl named Sarah Alesandrelli. Rollins and Sarah started dating in December 2016.
Since the fall of 2017, Sarah has been very open about their relationship. Sarah was spotted at WWE events including Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, and the 2018 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
Sarah also shared her joy after Rollins beat the WWE CEO Triple H at Wrestlemania in April 2017. Rollins and Sarah are currently in a live-in relationship and the duo lives in Davenport, Iowa.
