'The Twilight Saga' Actor Kellan Lutz Welcomed First Child, A Baby Girl With His Wife In 2021- Went Through Miscarriage Once

After a year of devasting news of miscarriage, the happy moments are once again at the doors of The Twilight Saga film series actor Kellan Lutz who played Emmett Cullen. In February 2021, Kellan and his wife Brittany Gonzales took to Instagram and confirmed the birth of a baby girl, their first child together having announced the pregnancy last fall.

The duo married in late 2017 just a month after announcing their engagement. In early 2020, they reportedly went through miscarriage after 6 months of pregnancy but kept faith in the Lord & now are parents to a daughter.

The Dickinson, North Dakota-born actor, and his wife Brittany welcomed a daughter together, following a year of heartbreaking miscarriage. Reportedly, Kellan and his beau welcomed a baby girl Ashtyn Lilly Lutz on February 22, 2021, but it was 4 days after the birth, they took to their respective Instagram on February 26 to announce the arrival.

The Twilight Saga actor posted three polaroid pictures featuring himself along with his wife & baby in the hospital bed via Instagram (@kellanlutz) and confirmed revealed his newborn's name & date of birth:

"Birth is amazing!!! She’s here!!!! Ashtyn Lilly Lutz | 2/22/21"

The post came shortly after his Divertimento actress wife Brittany Gonzales, excited with the baby news, shared the same pictures on her Instagram (@brittanylynnlutz).

The duo announced the pregnancy in September 2020 and revealed the gender of the baby 'a girl' in an Instagram video in December that year. Gonzales wore a top that read "Girl Mama" on it. 

Surely, it was the happiest moment for the couple who suffered a miscarriage after 6 months of pregnancy. Back on February 6, 2020, they announced their baby loss via their Instagram just 3 months after announcing the pregnancy on November 28, 2019.

After the birth of their baby girl this 2021, Brittany recalled the devasting incident of the past & wrote:

"God redeems. He restores. He never leaves us broken-hearted, we just have to give Him the broken pieces and what He turns it into? Wow."

Regarding his courtship with his wife Brittany Gonzales, The Comeback actor is quite low-key & prefers to keep a mystery.
