Also known as PvP, PrankvsPrank is a Youtube channel created by Jesse and his ex-girlfriend Jeana Smith. The channel contains videos of them playing pranks on each other and the videos show how they both prepare pranks for each other, and its outcome.

Their works have also earned the duo's channel a title of Youtube's best pranksters by USA Today on April 1, 2013. The channel has also won the Streamy Award for the category of Best Prank Show on September 17, 2015, and the Shorty Award for Best YouTube Ensemble in 2017.

As of February 2017, the channel has been successful to have more than 2.03 million video views and has more than 10.5 million subscribers.

Wellens is now the sole owner of the channel after the couple split in May 2016, and is dating Kristina Askerova and still continues to post videos for the channel.

BFvsGF

Jesse Wellens also had another YouTube channel named BFvsGF which is currently owned by Jeana Smith. On this channel, the couple posted videos related to their lives on a daily basis starting from 2012 up to 2016. The videos show them visiting New York City, roaming around Philadelphia and sometimes traveling with Contiki Tours a tour company.

The video often featured guest appearances from other YouTuber's like Alli Speed, Charles Trippy, Louis Cole, and Roman Atwood. It was then on May 18, 2016, Wellens and Smith announced that they would be taking a break from vlogging, and apparently from each other. 

BFvsGF has over more than 2.7 million video views and a long list of 9.3 million subscribers, as of February 2017.

Wellens introduced the character of Chocolate Chip, with Jeana in his second channel BFvsGF in addition to the video Fruit Assassin.
