As per the lawsuit, the story goes back to 2011, when Kirzis lent him money with an agreement to pay it back in 2013, however, Paul filed for bankruptcy in 2012.
Even though Kemsley stated that he wiped out the debt after filing bankruptcy, Nicos Kirzis noted being never paid any.
So in 2016, he re-opened the lawsuit demanding the sum, interest, and other costs. A year later, PK made a payment on the court's order but only a little amount with the alleged remaining amount of $1,275,221.48.
Now, Krizis has filed a New York court’s judgment in California, to seize his properties.
