Millan married his ex-wife Ilusion in 1994; with her, he has two sons, Andre Millan, born in 1995, and Calvin Millan, born in 2001.

In May 2010, after the death of doy Daddy, Millan learned his wife's intention to divorce him. Millan even attempted suicide. In June 2010, Illusion filed for divorce. 

According to sources, Millan had to pay some percentage of his earnings to his ex-wife. He paid a one-time amount of $400,000 to Illusion. Moreover, he had to pay $23,000 for a monthly spousal payment and another $10,000 for monthly child support.
